Wet mixing and dispersion with a modular process platform.
High speed dispersion machines disperse and stir liquid and solid-liquid materials. Variable-frequency speed regulation and hydraulic lifting support convenient operation and component replacement.
Single- or double-layer disc creates shear and centrifugal force for uniform dispersion.

Junction box and safety
Installation and operation details already considered.
- Machine wiring is encoded and arranged in the on-machine junction box; connect to plant power once according to the supplied circuit diagram.
- Safety limit switches prevent operation while the head is lifting/lowering or no material tank is fitted.
- Explosion-proof limit switches are available for hazardous locations.
- Choose a flat cover for standard dispersion or a vacuum butterfly cover for sealed processes.
